Catalog information

We work to keep titles, descriptions, images, prices and availability current. Packaging, display colors and catalog details may be updated, and obvious errors may be corrected.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be reviewed, limited or cancelled when information is incomplete, payment is not authorized, inventory is unavailable or activity appears abusive or fraudulent.

Acceptable website use

Do not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected material at scale, submit false information or use the service in a way that violates applicable rights or restrictions.

Delivery and returns

Shipping estimates and issue-resolution procedures are described in the Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Changes and availability

Website features, catalog content and these terms may change as the service develops. Continued use after a published update means the revised terms apply to later activity.

Research Data and Content License

Individual NOVABIO Research Profile pages may be quoted, referenced, or reproduced in full, provided that clear attribution to NOVABIO and a link to the original page are included.

Automated bulk scraping, systematic extraction, redistribution of the complete Research Profile collection, or rebuilding a substantially similar database from NOVABIO content is not permitted without prior written permission.

Third-party records and identifiers from ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, PubChem, FDA, and other official sources remain subject to the terms of their respective publishers.
